Refund and Returns policy

We provide 3 days Return/ Exchange policy. We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. If product shipped to you has any kind of defect or you are not satisfied with the product you can return it us in this time period. A 360-degree unboxing video is mandatory for damaged, wrong, or missing items in case of returns and exchanges. Without video, we would not be able to help you.

For Return/ Exchange please email us at info@desipink.com once receive request from you we will start the process. We will arrange pickup from your address. You just need to keep product packed with all safety precaution like we have sent.

In case of Return, we will refund you the amount in to your bank account after we receive product from you. In case of Exchange, we will send you replacement after we receive product from you.

NOTE: EXCHANGE OR RETURN FOR SIZE DIFFERENCES ARE NOT AVAILABLE. AS PROPER SIZE CHART IS AVAILABLE AT EVERY PRODUCT PAGE WITH THE BODY MEASUREMENTS.
